I founded Strategy & Design Co. while leading personalization and experimentation at Signet Jewelers (Kay, Zales, Jared, Peoples). What started as building scalable, data-driven frameworks inside one of the largest jewelry retailers grew into a way to help other brands do the same. The goal hasn’t changed — use intent, experimentation, and clarity to turn traffic into revenue.
